 【氧化鋁球分類】 

      氧化鋁球根據不同的氧化鋁含量可以分為：中鋁球、中高鋁球和高鋁球。一般我們把60%-65%氧化鋁含量的劃為中鋁球；75%-80%氧化鋁含量的稱為中高鋁球，90%以上氧化鋁含量的為高鋁球。其中高鋁球又細分為90瓷、92瓷、95瓷和99瓷、99瓷，由于其極高的生產成本而很少有大型廠家大批量制造，目前主要為部分特種陶瓷廠通過手工制作。

 【氧化鋁球特性】

       1、高耐磨性：氧化鋁球的耐磨性比普通瓷球要好。當研磨瓷球運轉的時候，它不會產生污染，因此氧化鋁球可以保持高的純度和提高研磨效果的穩定性。

       2、高密度：氧化鋁球具有高的密度，高的硬度和高的研磨特質，從而節省了研磨時間，擴大了研磨的空間，可以有效的提高研磨的效果。

 【氧化鋁球用途】

       氧化鋁球用于非金屬礦產品粉料（如硅酸鋯、高嶺土、重質碳酸鈣等）及電子工業、非金屬礦產品深加工、建筑衛生瓷、涂料、油墨、造紙、填料、染料等行業的物料研磨與分散和金屬件的拋光使用；氧化鋁球用于各類研磨和拋光設備；氧化鋁球用于液體除氟除砷；氧化鋁球用于水處理吸附劑；氧化鋁球用于壓縮機干燥劑；氧化鋁球用于變壓器吸附劑；氧化鋁球用于化工催化載體。

      1、氧化鋁球在石油化工、化肥工業中，廣泛用作催化劑、催化劑載體。

      2、活性氧化鋁具除氟性，因而用作飲水除氟劑、工業污水的顏色和氣味消除劑等。

      3、從污染的氧、氫、二氧化碳、天然氣等中吸附潤滑油的蒸氣，并可用作催化劑、催化劑載體和色層分析載體。

      4、活性氧化鋁球還能做吸附劑、干燥劑，吸水量大、干燥速度快，能再生（400 -500K烘烤）以及吸水布膨脹，不開裂，不變形。
