本機特點 Features of this machine

1、采用移動式噴砂操作進(jìn)行工件加工，靈活度高，適合加工復(fù)雜外形的工件，內(nèi)外皆可加工。

1. The mobile sandblasting operation is adopted for workpiece processing, which has high flexibility, and is suitable for processing workpieces with complex shapes, both inside and outside can be processed.

2、采用壓送式噴砂（噴丸）結(jié)構(gòu)，即利用壓縮空氣在高壓罐內(nèi)高速流動形成高壓作用、將高壓管內(nèi)部的砂料通過輸砂管噴出、然后隨壓縮氣流由噴槍嘴高速噴射到工件表面，達(dá)到噴砂加工的目的。

2. The pressure feeding sand blasting (shot blasting) structure is adopted, that is, the compressed air is used to flow at high speed in the high-pressure tank to form a high-pressure effect, the sand in the high-pressure pipe is sprayed out through the sand conveying pipe, and then the sand is sprayed to the workpiece surface at high speed from the nozzle of the spray gun with the compressed air flow, so as to achieve the purpose of sand blasting.

使用砂材：金剛砂、玻璃砂、鋼丸、鋼砂、河砂等。
